Look What Happened When I Drank 100 Ounces of Water a Day For 1 Week.



I'm the most awful at drinking water. There are in some cases entire days where I'll fuel myself exclusively on espresso, and after that I'll understand come 7 p.m., when my night's slowing down, that I haven't touched H20 throughout the day. Not being the best water consumer is awful, certain, yet notwithstanding knowing this about myself, I haven't attempted any real endeavors to change that. As of not long ago, that is.
