Some companies adopt the principle of testing the person immediately by assigning him a specific task and assessing his abilities based on what he has provided.

Integrity and work ethic: Only employ the honest class that has integrity and is committed to work ethic. You do not want to end up with a toxic work environment based on employees who are only interested in stabbing each other on the back, but what they seek is a group of people working as a team. You have spent years working for your company's reputation and this can be easily destroyed by employing unfaithful employees. Integrity and work ethics are the only way to improve productivity and are contagious. The reason is very simple, the employee who needs constant monitoring and which is due to the manager in every small and large causes a decline in productivity and waste time.

Compliance with the Company's General Rules: The toxic work environment starts from a category that does not comply with the general rules of the company. The chaos in the workplace is also due to the category that does not behave in a manner consistent with the general rules of the company with colleagues. Any employee who does not comply with company rules is a corrupt apple that corrupts the rest of the apples in the box.
