A recent British study revealed that pollution may limit the benefits of exercise, according to the site "NBC News."




In detail, jogging or exercising on a street packed with cars, people, or plants is not helpful. Breathing polluted air is dangerous.




Breathing polluted air limits the benefits of sport, and even leads to health problems at the level of lung, heart and breathing.

The researchers advised to exercise in green fields, away from pollution.
